Can't install extensions/addons

Hi,

I am not able to install extensions neither from https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/ or by drag and drop from local folder. I have tried Opera v.23, latest v.24 and latest opera Next.
I am on a Windows 7 64-bit system.

When i'm trying to install from addons.opera... It is stuck on installing addon. And when I try to install from local file, nothing happens.

Anyone know a fix to this issue?
