It will be amazing Opera have a similar way to Empty Cache and Hard Refresh as Chrome has.

Just a Right Click in Load button and Shortcut Key:

In Chrome, that only works if the developer tools are open. Is that what you want in Opera too or do you want that as an option for the reload button even if the developer tools aren't open?
