Opera GX Browser Volume is low

Why Opera GX Browser volume is so low. Literally so low sometime it just happens and when it happens it's permanant unless I redownload it. I need immediate support. Please help. Please I Need Assistant! There is literally no opera gmail support.

On Windows, when Opera GX is open and playing media, you can open the Windows volume mixer and check that the Opera GX-specific volume is all the way up.
