No video pop-out on YouTube

I've been using opera GX for a while now but all of a sudden the pop-up player for youtube hasn't been appearing anymore it still appears when I watch videos on twitch or when I got to watch anime, So I've been wondering where has it gone and how can I get it back. I though it would just randomly come back but it's been weeks.
