Media Key Overlay

Yesterday, I was playing Valorant and when I used my media keys, the overlay didn't show. Today, I was playing again and when I used my media keys, the overlay started popping up. I did some googling and found out spotify has an option to disable the overlay, so I did a little more googling and found out opera gx has almost the same feature. When I went to the flags and turned off the Hardware Media Key Handling option, it disabled the overlay, but it also disabled the functionality of the media keys.
