"Out of memory" with 20 gig left to go?

So, i have been using the Opera GX browser, not a bad browser, i quite like it. But i have issues atm. While i game on my main monitor, lets say world of warcraft, on my second monitor i have a few tabs and a twitch stream up on Opera GX, suddenly opera is just out of memory.. but i have 32 gig ram, when i checked last time it happend.. i have 20 gig left that is unused. What is happening?
