The Word 'To' in Mail Compose is Disappeared

I'm using a theme where the word 'To' is missing from the button in mail compose. But when I hover my mouse over the button, it appears on it. Is there a way to edit skin.ini to make the word appear normally?

There might be. You'd have to compare the Opera Standard skin.ini to the one in the skin and see if there's a section missing in the old skin.ini. Compare versioning info (if any) between the two files.
Make sure "To" still shows when using the Opera Standard skin though.
