GX Control option to use for individual windows

Question/Desire/Short Version -Is there currently a system/setting in place that could lower settings, like GX Control, on individual windows or individual workspaces?

Suggestion, if not,/Story/Long Version -To my knowledge, Opera GX does not currently offer GX Control for each individual window. I would like an option to turn on an individual control window mode, and have another option, close by, to use GX Control on all windows, like it does now, so I have the best of both worlds. I sincerely love Opera GX, and all of its unique features, that's why I am bothering to even post on a forum hoping they could add this to their list of awesome features. I personally think it is one of the best browsers overall on the market today, and I use Opera GX for everything: gaming, work, college, anime, everything. However, despite my deep love for Opera, I noticed when I was on call with a friend, on a separate application, that the call was giving me roughly, 4 FPS, and when I opened Task Manger to see what was making my computer run so slow, it seemed that I had a lot of applications open. I closed them including my music application, and, previously, had Opera on minimum settings, because I was not using it but wanted to have all my tab's open so I could return to them at a later time. However, when I wanted to listen to some music on a website and do some work, in a separate window from my various other ones, while on a video call, I had to return all my settings on GX Controller to their regular, optimal, level, but, those changes were carried out through all my Opera windows and began to slow down my computer. Eventually, I decided to close all my windows, except the one I was currently using, but, I realized soon after, if there was a setting or option, to limit usage on individual windows or workspaces, such as adding a switch/button in the GX Controller area, where it gives you the option to control individual or all windows computer usage. If the developers could implement this in a new update I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time and consideration.
