[Request] Resource efficient singular tab possibility.

For me and I believe many others the feature "Picture-In-Picture" that you can use for videos, If it persisted after browser exit it would be a massive help, From allowing one with not a high amount of resources to game better and still be capable of listening to some of their favorite music or podcasts and to allowing people that just don't need anything else to be loaded(which is a real prospect) overall to do what they want more efficiently, I also noticed that the quality lessens considerably if the feature is used with a gaming oriented by now website, Called "Twitch", I suspect that it lessens for any livestreams on any website, Maybe that should be looked into?, After all streaming is all such a gamer-esque aspect, But after thinking about all of that for some time, I thought maybe a more general approach would be easier to implement and but of course more usable; a singular tab with way less features open to it than the regular browser though for average internet browsing maybe it shouldn't be affected heavily, Because what is the point of using a singular tab that is so much worse than the regular experience?, Ram efficiency matters only so much by the end, I do think however you do have to reshape the edges heavily, I liken it to browsing youtube as opposed to using a Picture-In-Picture to look at a youtube video; The general idea is there but not much else, If implemented wisely the uses are potentially endless if the user knows how to use the tool yet you at any turn as the user is saving as much resources to run whatever it is you want to.
I would be fin-Actually happy though, With just the feature "Picture-In-Picture" persisting.
