crypto wallet transaction error

Hi,

I have a certain amount of ETH in my opera wallet and I’m not able to send it to another wallet.

I have filled in the receiving address.
I copied it, I tried QR code and I tried with several wallets/exchanges:

As soon as I insert the amount it says ‘transaction error’ or in german ‘Transaktionsfehler’

I am stuck and I am afraid to loose my ETH.

I already deleted opera and recovered it with the security phrase, nothing happend.

There is no other way to contact opera as there is no support mail, so please help me through the forum.

I want my ETH back.
