Flow does not sync correctly between dispositives

I´m trying to conect my flow between my phone and my pc, and it does conect, but, the things I send from my phone does not appear in the pc, while the things from my pc do appear in my phone

also, while the phone have all the things I have in my flow, my pc does not show anything on it

How can I fix it?

This problem happened to me too, here is how i solved it

Disconnect both of the devices from "My Flow" on the browser.
If you have "Force Dark Mode" activated, disable it and read the QR code again then it should properly connect.
