Add the option to only open up pages from where you last left off to chosen workspaces

I'm not a big fan of opening up all pages from where I last left off, but recently I've been keeping the setting on to easily go between different workspaces depending on what I feel like working on that day. It would be nice with the option to limit the setting to specific workspaces, that way you can have one workspace where you browse more freely without having to close down every tab before closing down the browser.
