[Issue] Clicking "show in folder" in from downloads freezes windows file explorer

I am using windows 10.
The whole file explorer process just stops working. I cannot click on any icons in my taskbar and the one thing that works is the windows key on my keyboard, which is almost useless as opening anything from there doesn't work either.
