Bypassing all pop ups

I find the main annoyance when browsing the internet nowadays are just about any form of pop up or float over window - especially accept cookie pop ups, sign up for newsletter type things, or those floating videos that follow you down the page on some news sites.
If Opera could come up with a means of dealing with these, that would be a killer feature IMO - putting users back in control of what they see.
Thanks

@jamesconstance try this extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/i-dont-care-about-cookies/fihnjjcciajhdojfnbdddfaoknhalnja
Not foolproof but it takes care of most cookie stuff (these pop-ups were forced by the EU, one of those things where usability clashes with privacy).
Other pop-up types you mention are trickier to deal with. I'm not sure you can. You can try switching to reader view (I use an extension but Opera cold do with having that built in like Vivaldi and Edge, for example).

@newworldman I do have the i dont care about cookies extension installed, but still find I'm getting pop ups for most sites. I delete cookies on browser exit so it is particularly noticeable.
