its really weird how, though opera supports chrome web store. i still have to install cold turkey from opera addons. and when i search cold turkey in opera addons i get 0 results.
i had to come here from other opera support page. and now i have 2 addons of cold turkey . one from chrome web store and one from opera addons.
do some thing about it.

@ravyop Hi there, this is normal. The Opera extension is required for Opera (not the Chrome Web Store one) since that's what the app checks for. This is done to best support Opera into the future in case Chrome and Opera diverge even more with it's different features. It's also an unlisted extension since the app is required for the block to work. You should have been directed to this link for instructions: https://getcoldturkey.com/support/extensions/opera/

The application keeps saying that I don't have the extension installed on opera, even when I have it installed on every opera profile that I have and have enabled it on each incognito window. I installed the extension from the opera addon store each time that I have. Is there a way to fix this?

The app keeps saying to install the Opera extension, although I installed it through Opera add-ons, all the options it needs are activated, such as incognito access, and I have already reinstalled both the extension and the program several times. I use Opera GX. I also tried it with Edge and it does work and it says thank you for enabling it, but it appears over and over again and is very annoying. I also purposely disable the extension to test if it blocks the browser and it tells me I have 60 seconds but it never blocks it.
And yes, I have a 7 day block.
It is also a good application and helps me a lot, but without those features that are failing me it becomes like another extension. -
