New Opera's flag search-tabs-open-tabs-on-top - disabled by default (work in progress)
Show open tabs before recently closed tabs, if and only if search query in Search Tabs is non-empty.
Some changes, fixes and improvements:
- CHR-8238 Allow to execute some scripts with exec_script.
- DNA-77159 Disable SubresourceFilter feature.
- DNA-90562 Allow enabling / disabling tab snoozing:opera:settings/userInterface> Snooze inactive tabs to save memory.
- DNA-90666 [Settings] “Clear data” doesn’t react on pressing “Enter”.
- DNA-90420 Right-click on recently closed item should show context menu.
- DNA-90599 Not possible to open context menu on some internal pages.
- DNA-90744 “New tab” tab context menu option doesn’t work.
- DNA-88705 [Mac] some icons and bookmarks are grayed out when PDF is saved.
- A lot of crash fixes - more details in the change log.
Chromium is updated to version 89.0.4343.0.

Some changes, fixes and improvements:
- DNA-90818 Only 3 recently closed tabs are shown in a search mode.
- DNA-90836 Snapped image is shifted to the left.
- DNA-90525 Crash at views::View::RemoveAllChildViews(bool).
- DNA-90735 Crash at opera::BrowserSidebarModel::GetItemVisible(opera::BrowserSidebarItem const*) const.
Removed Opera's flag track-inserted-video-elements.

- DNA-89893 [Mac] Opera closes after single "Cmd+Q" in Snap editor.

Allows to use an emoji as a workspace icon.The flag #search-tabs-open-tabs-on-top is enebled in this build (ready to test it).
