[Request] Ability to rearrange sections in GX Control

I would love to be able to rearrange the 4 sections so that I have the CPU and RAM limiter at the top (so I don't have to scroll) as I don't have a need for a network limiter and very rarely need to use the Hot Tabs Killer. I use the CPU limiter very often, as I have to change the limiter between 25, 38, and 50% very often, depending on the workload For example, YouTube will severely stutter at 720p60 when limited to 38% (on my aging mobile i7), but will not at 50%.

The ability to use a drag and drop list to rearrange (preferably in a small box off the side that appears after pressing some sort of button that turns the GX Control Panel into a rearrange mode, like this:

I would really appreciate if this feature was added to Opera GX soon.
