Most sites not working or YouTube videos not loading

So recently, I reinstalled windows and downloaded Opera GX (first thing I did) then loaded up YouTube, Logged in and was played some music, I then was stuck on some things, Loaded a fix video on YouTube and It didn't work and I got this "An error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID: bADHLmxAcO0RSbkK)", I've had it for a while, I turned off the VPN, Ad-Blocker and Trackers. Nothing works, When I load the video with google, it's fine.
Anyway to fix this?
