Screen flickering when scrolling on Opera GX

Recently I have upgraded my GPU and it seems that Opera GX's screen now flickers when scrolling, specially when there's images or videos on the page such as Youtube or Twitch. I have already enabled Hardware Acceleration and also have already tested both Chrome and Edge, none of them seem to have this problem, only Opera GX.
The screen flickering itself is akin to what happens in games when VSync is not turned on, which makes me think it might have to do with Opera GX's refresh rate.If anyone knows what could be going on please help me, I would really like to keep using Opera
