Loading cached images only, Image on/off button in toolbar

Opera has had this image on/off button since long long time ago, and it is gone in the new interface. I used to use it frequently when I had a slow connection or limited traffic. Now that it is gone, is there any way I can bring it back?
NOTE: What I need is per tab image on/off and the ability to load individual images from context menu. Also, the ability to load only cached images will be very helpful. These features are now available in the "ImgLikeOpera" addon for Mozilla's Firefox.
