How can I solve this problem

Everytime i start opera and browse everything it always opened http://mini5.opera-mini.net/generate_204

My opera mini ver is the newest 52.1.2254.54298
And my phone is vivo y93

@ellia i also have exactly the same problem with opera mini. This started happening just an hour ago -- it opens the new tab every 2-3 seconds...
completely makes the browser unusable..
