Hello, I was using opera 12 until very recently, when I upgraded to version 23. After that upgrade, I'm not able to access some websites like https://coursera.com/, https://vimeo.com/ or https://soundcloud.com/.

I've read about the clock fix but I assure you that my computer clock is in the proper time. I'm using windows XP in this PC.

I don't have this problem in my Android tablet.

Please, can someone explain me why this is happening so I can fix it?

      Thank you, regards, João

Well, guess this is goodbye to opera for me. I guess it is something in my PC since other browsers point the same problem, but at least they let me continue at my own risk.

As it is, opera is useless now 😞

          Opera 23 works fine with WIndows 7 at https://coursera.com/, https://vimeo.com/ or https://soundcloud.com/

Your problems seems to be XP and Windows certificate store which is not up to date!.

https://coursera.com has problems, because the webmaster of the site made mistakes with the certificate, it is not correct. Not Operas fault.
And coursera.com does redirect to coursera.org. So, please use https://coursera.org/ instaead
