[Request] Dark temporary background when opening links

Hi,

When the theme is in dark mod, i wish the temporary loading page (when opening a link from google for example) was black or dark grey at least, because every time I open a new website, i got a white light flash that hurt my eyes..

I hope i'm not alone to see this because this thing is really annoying.
