OBS Virtual Camera not working on Opera

Windows 10 Pro, Version 2004, OS Build: 19041.572

Opera Version: LVL 2 (core: 71.0.3770.302)

Website: Omegle.com

For some reason, Omegle cannot access my camera source. I checked if my camera source (OBS Virtual Camera) was being used by anything else other than opera at the time but It was not being used by anything else.

Steps to (try to) reproduce the issue:

1. Install OBS Virtual Camera
2. Switch your camera properties in the Site Settings window on Opera GX
3. Go to Omegle.com
4. Click on Video chat
5. Error appears

Expected behavior and actual one:

Expected behavior of this would to access my virtual camera through OBS and stream whatever is on my OBS to the camera source.

Actual behavior is that it outputs an error for this specific site.

Additional Information: It works on google meets and other video chatting websites/applications.

I am having this same propblem with Chatroulette. I really like this browser over any other I've used, but this issue kind of really sucks. Hate to see that no one has an answer to the issue still after months of being posted.
