Relocate the tabs

Hi, In previous versions of Opera I remember it being quite easy to choose where on the screen you wanted the tabs to be (Top, bottom, right or left). I may just be a lazy searcher, but I have tried and can't seem to find this option anywhere. I would like to get my tabs on the bottom of the screen, so if anyone could please help me with this I would really appreciate it.

Not possible in the new Blink version of Opera, the option to do so has not been added, and not too sure if indeed it will be.
