Cannot update on Ubuntu 16.04

opera-stable_71.0.3770.271_amd64 can no longer be installed on Ubuntu 16.04. It is impossible to edit the "control" file because it no longer exists. Anyone have a method for making the updates?

I like Opera and I don't get used to Chromium and Vivaldi.
