Assigning shortcuts to 'show sidebar', 'Bookmarks,' 'Downloads', 'History', etc. only show when pressing the shortcut key(s), but do not close upon pressing the button again.

I am requesting for a "Toggle" function to allow the Sidebar (and tools) to show/hide, especially when assigned as a shortcut.
