Question about the pop out function

Hey guys

I just found out about Opera GX and saw, that I can pop out any livestreams or videos and can even see it while I play a game. When I tried it while playing I had no problem seeing it, but if I dragged my mouse over the window ( without wanting to do it ) my mouse got stuck on the window. Is it somehow possible to make the window transparent ? Or just that I can't click it or something like that ?
