I wanted to say thank you to the Opera team for developing and delivering a fantastic product over the years.
Unfortunately, I upgraded my main computer and with it I updated to Opera 18. I think I understand why certain things broke (bookmarks and sync) but that doesn't help me. Maybe in a future release these items will be addressed, but in the mean time I'm going with alternatives.

Not the same here; i'm using definitly FF and not the crippled Opera without mail, without bookmarks etc. I was Opera User since Version3, but now it gives not one point to longer use it.

Opera 12.16 is not crippled and it has bookmarks and mail so there is no need to use another browser UNLESS you're simply making a statement of protest in which case... okay... I get it.

I have to say, even though the old Opera browser had loads of features, the fact that it was plagued by page rendering issues kept me away from it long term. The new one (now with a bookmarks bar) is at least a lot better in this regard. I'm happy to use it.
