Accessing your speed dial sites through incognito mode

I’ve used both the mini and the regular browser when I was on an Android. It was my dedicated browser for paying bills because I could access my speed dial functions in incognito mode, providing an extra level of security. I now have a mini iPad with opera touch but can’t seem to access my speed dial numbers incognito. It doesn’t bring up any menu in incognito mode. This is useless to me now for the purposes that I downloaded it for. Is there a trick I’m missing or is the ability to do what I downloaded it for been eliminated?
