[Suggestion] Resurrect "Go To Speed Dial" Toolbar Button

Can't speak for the Windows users, but I'm on a Mac, and before the update I just installed (71.0.3770.138) I had a Speed Dial button in the Toolbar next to Reload that changed the current tab to Speed Dial instead of opening a new tab.

Loved that button. I don't always want to open a new tab to get to Speed Dial—otherwise I'd hit New Tab! Someone please tell me how to get that button back or else explain to me why I need a country mile for the URL bar but can't have my Speed Dial button next to it.
