Bring back old Speed dial font

My suggestion is to dump this new smaller speed dial font I see in 71.0.3770.148 and go back to the previous one which was more attractive and easier to read.

The new font is smaller, harder to read, and apparently tries to include the whole url leaving some bits at the beginning and end and with ... in the middle. This is most apparent on the small tile size. It may have been done with the large tile in mind but it is an awkward look and you ought to trash it especially for the small tiles.

Bump. The new font looks like school paper formatting.

@Keepskite I tend to agree with most of this, additionally the speed dial used to give you an option to set it up with either the URL page image and an image file you want for that Speed dial.
