Can't Interact

it seem sometimes whenever i open Opera GX or making a new window, i can't seem to interact with the tab nor making new tab nor the sidebars, i can't event interact with the top right option like closing or minimizing the window.
Sometimes i cant interact with pops up too like the auto-refill pops up when u entering ur email or somethin.
