Mode Picture-in-Picture doesn't work on Prime Video and other pages

I can't use the Mode Picture-in-Picture in Opera, Some pages like Youtube or Vimeo I can use it without problems, but in pages like Amazon Prime Video I can't use this mode. Had anybody any solutions to this problem?
