Video play tints green

Whenever I play videos either on youtube or other sporting sites they start out ok but in a few seconds become tinted green. You can still see the video playing but the entire screen has a green tint over it. If you wiggle the mouse it clears for a few seconds then re-tints. How can I fix this?
