Launch opera gx

Every time I start the browser, the windows context menu opens. It is very annoying to constantly close it. In this case, each time an opera shortcut is created on the desktop, and the launch occurs through this shortcut, no matter where I launch the browser from, it always starts through this shortcut, why is this implemented?
