Picture-in-Picture clickthrough

Is it possible to make it so the pop out window will be clickthrough? or not steal attention from other apps if I'm accidentally clicking on it.
The way I'm using this feature is while I'm playing games on my PC and I have the popout window in the sides of my screen or the middle and while I'm aiming in the games I'm playing, despite not having a mouse cursor ingame the windows mouse still moves in the background and sometimes it passes through the popout window while I'm also clicking and it instead click on the popout window and minimizes my game.
