Hi,
Im using Opera 12.17 and i noticed, that my Opera has almost 6GB! I was trying to find, which file(s) take a lot of space, and i found it:
C:\Users\my-PC\AppData\Local\Opera\Opera x64\cache\g_006DThere is a file opr0UUMY.tmp and it takes above 5,5 GB.
I cleaned history, cookies, etc., but this shit is still there.
- What is this ?
- Can I delete it ?

Maybe try toilet paper ?.
Or you could try 'Delete entire cache', found via 'O Menu / Settings / Delete private data... /' and placing a tick in 'Delete entire cache', but check which other options in that list are ticked (and remove the ticks if need be) before clicking the 'Delete' button.

I did this before, but the file was not deleted. I ticked all, except passwords.

If you can manually locate your way to that file/folder, then you should be fine to just delete it, but make sure Opera is closed first before doing so. Best thing to do is delete it just after first booting and logging into your machine.
I manually delete the contents of the application_cache, cache, icons, logs, opcache and pstorage folders every once in a while after shutting Opera down (just to keep the fluff at bay), without any ill effects.

Ok, i delete it, according to your instructions. But... what was that ? 5,5 GB ? What kind of data it could be ?

Most likely old browsing data, such as contents of old viewed web pages, pictures, videos, html text files, sound (music) files, animations etc, etc.
