Video unpause itself after a while

Hi, I'm using Opera 70.0.3728.119 on Windows 10 and when I'm playing a video and hit pause, it pauses for some seconds and then unpause itself, tested on Youtube, Prime Video and Vimeo.
Strangelly enough, it happens only when I'm connected with via bluetooth with an echo dot, with cable earphones pause works fine.Tested on Firefox and pause works as expected.
