Add Snapshot snap-to-element feature

Snapshot is a pretty useful tool and I used it a ton on Firefox. One feature that Firefox does have, however, that Opera doesn't have is the ability for the snapshot tool to snap to an element on the web page (I.e. a text block, picture, etc.). It makes getting snapshots easier and makes them look much cleaner, and I think it'd be really helpful if they added this.
