Is YouTube using Flash or HTML5?
You can check this by right clicking on the video window.
If it is using Flash make sure you only have one Flash plugin installed in the plugins list (Tools>Advanced>Plug-ins).
EDIT: OK, glad you fixed it! What was wrong?Still in mourning for Opera 12.........

Options - Preferences - Advanced - last checkbox
I think that that was a problem because now every video is loading normally -

I dont know how to translate this in english but something about miniatures in cards, first big option in advanced preferences. First from the top, last checkbox

It certainly sounds like that option from the description of the label and where it is in the menu!
Why that should affect YouTube videos I have no idea.

Probably because having thumbnails in tabs are pretty much like having duplicate (mini) copies of each tab that is open being rendered in real-time, which is probably slowing the browser down, especially the youtube one/s.
