[Solved]Getting rid of an extra install

(Win 10) I've discovered that both 69.x and 70.x are installed. Having gone through this a good while back, I know uninstalling the earlier one renders the later install unusable. What approach would you suggest for doing this with the least harm, if any? I do have file based backups of the drive. thanks,
