Opera or opera GX won't open

opera and opera GX when opened, just open the tab for a second before it closes, there isn't any error or crash messages, just it closes. I've added it as an exception, scanned it and asked windows help, emailed opera and messaged opera GX discord community support as well as numerous websites and it still doesn't work, the only time it works is in safe mode, while windows explorer is restarting when I restart windows explorer on task manager and if I mess with the files renaming them, causing them to create new versions but that only works occasionally and can still randomly crash and won't work when my computer is restarted. does anybody know why
