Interesting. I've seen this extension numerous times but have never looked at it, because I don't want to discard tabs, I just want them deactivated, suspended, or put to sleep. I immediately think of "discard" as "throw away" or "get rid of". I certainly did not want old tabs I hadn't been looking at recently to just be closed/disappear, because that's what I think of when I see the word "discard".
This extension seems very similar to the other "suspend your tabs" extensions like "the great suspender", and I am now taking a look at it, and I wonder how may other people haven't looked at this because it is poorly named.

This extension has the habit of putting all inactive tabs to sleep regardless of whether they had timed out according to the 10 minute inactivity setting, and it even ignores the 'do not suspend this url' setting. While handy, these bugs need to be fixed!
