[Solved]Opera Sync not working

I want to sync my synchronized content, when i clicked turn on sync it open a link:

https://auth.opera.com/account/v2/desktop/login

but link doesn't work.

i can see my synchronized content at https://www.sync.opera.com but i can't synchronize...
