Flow 'delete/copy' three dots missing after update

Today I noticed that in My Flow in my sidebar the three dots to the right of each item which allowed into the page it represented to be deleted or copied have disappeared. Beside some items is a small blue circle with a white image which I think is meant to be a desktop monitor. Clicking on it does nothing. Does anyone know what on earth is going on, and is Opera going to fix this?
