When I am watching a screen share and I use pop out video, the video does not stay on top. Usually there is a pin button next to the full screen button that allows the video to stay on top, but that stay on top button is missing, I have opera gx version LVL 2 (core: 68.0.3618.191) on MacOS 10.14.5, macbook pro 15 inch 2017

Please check the Extension, on 2 different Devices it recently stopped to work. Its either Showing 'ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE' or an source code from discord.com .

This error happens because the discord blocks iframe. An Iframe is a line of programming code that allows you to include an HTML element within another main HTML object. ... In short, an Iframe is a tag within the programming code to show another site in a smaller way.
No, it's just a discord that does that, YouTube and Twitch also block iframes
