Scrolling through tabs

An idea inspired by my experience with Vivaldi browser :
Going to the next/previous tab by mouse scrolling

This features helped me to be more productive in my navigation since I don't have to search the tab I want to go, just scrolling until I'm on it. Plus, when I know in which order are my tads, it's even faster. For example, if I'm on the fifth tab and want to go to the second, I just have to scroll down three times/notches.
And finally, it could be an accessibility features since it will help people with dexterity problem (like Parkinson disease), they will no longer struggle to clic on the tab they want.

@rubiksensei this was done and works perfect... but of course the latest one destroy that even if we try restore it on flags menu.
opera://flags -> Scrollable tab strip -> Enable -> Reload app

Efect is the same like on default Opera One v100

Please fix and back that
