Password safety

How safe are passwords stored by Opera browser and encrypted by Opera-ID?
I read this article:
https://nordpass.com/blog/browser-vs-password-manager-differences/and wondered about this, as I have all my passwords stored in-browser.
I’ve enabled two-factor authentication everywhere available (including my Opera account).
WIN10-64. Opera 68.0.3618.165 Norwegian.

@vegelund I am using NordPass as a password manager because I just feel like it is safer to store everything separately. Like browsers are for browsing and password managers - for encrypting my login info. Also, password managers can be used on different devices, so I don't have to use the same browser, whenever I want to connect to my accounts. And that's a big plus for me.
