<![CDATA[Password safety]]>How safe are passwords stored by Opera browser and encrypted by Opera-ID?

I read this article:

and wondered about this, as I have all my passwords stored in-browser.

I’ve enabled two-factor authentication everywhere available (including my Opera account).

Like browsers are for browsing and password managers - for encrypting my login info. Also, password managers can be used on different devices, so I don't have to use the same browser, whenever I want to connect to my accounts. And that's a big plus for me.
